Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
USAGE ADVICE:HOW TO ADD BENEFIBER FIBRE SUPPLEMENT TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. Recommended Daily Serving - 12 years to adult: 2 tsp 2 times daily (Max 8 tsp a day). 4 to 11 years: 2 tsp once a day. tsp = teaspoon
DOSAGE:Children 4 to 11 yrs: 2 teaspoons, once a day.
12 yrs and above: 2 teaspoons, 2 times daily (max 8 teaspoons a day)
Storage
Do not store above 30oC. Protect from moisture. Use within 6 months from opening. Should be stored out of the reach of young children.
