Specifications:

  1. Remove the object that caused the puncture.
  2. Insert a scrape into the hole, push and pull the rasp to give a roughness and clean the edges.
  3. Coat the needle with rubber glue, and spread the cement over the hole.
  4. Insert a repair line in the hole to seal it.
