Pale colour with a green tinge. Citrus, hazelnuts, brioche, complex and lifted aromas. Finesse and complexity on the palate, lively with good weight and balance.

De Bortoli King Valley Rose Rose 2019
Delicate fragrance of berry, watermelon with a hint of spice. A delicately structured wine with a textural dry finish.

Wolf Blass White Label Chardonnay 2017
A fresh, complex nose with inviting aromas of stonefruits, peach and nectarine, hints of citrus and a touch of gunflint. Subtle nutty oak is present, yet seamlessly integrated.

Tyrrells Old Winery Pinot Noir 2019
Lots of varietal cherry and strawberry aromas with complexing forest floor undertones. A soft but generously flavoured style with sweet aromas of berries and mushroom.

Billy Goat Hill Estate Cabernet Merlot 2017
This is a classic and popular blend. The warm growing conditions combined with the gentle maceration of skins during alcoholic fermentation, gives this wine a profile featuring red berry fruit flavours of cassis and currants, finely balanced with delicate spice and toasty oak.

De Bortoli Woodfired Heathcote Shiraz 2018
Deep red with purple edge. Plump, dark fruits, fennel and olive spice, dark chocolate. Soft, rich, plump, balanced tannin, cured meats, wild spice, authentically Heathcote.
