1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

TO BE HONEST, I HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX AS YET AND SET THE CHAIR UP. FROM EXPERIENCE WITH MY LAST PURCHASE FROM ARTISS I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND I AM SURE THIS ONE WILL BE THE SAME. Fingers crossed.🤞🏻

Lovely chair. Not the thickest foam but quite comfy to sit in though maybe not for hours. We have it a reading corner and it looks fantastic. The cats love to sleep on it. It has a tendency to flip down at the top revealing the frame work. We have seen some elastic there to keep it up. All in all a great chair for the price.
