Blackmore's Fish Oil 400 Capsules provides a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA to support optimal health and wellbeing help you be your best.

Blackmores Fish Oil capsules taken as a nutritional supplement, are a natural source of the marine lipids omega-3 marine triglycerides, extracted from cold water fish. They provide an anti-inflammatory action within the body which may be beneficial for the relief of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement. The omega-3 triglycerides have an anti-inflammatory activity in the body, and are indicated to relieve symptoms of psoriasis and eczema and to temporarily reduce the pain of arthritis and rheumatism. 

Active Ingredients

Fish oil (Natural) 1g (1000mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 300mg as: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg; Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg

**No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, surfactants, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. Contains sodium sulfite

Dosage 

For arthritis:
Adults - Take up to 4 capsules 3 times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years - Only as professionally prescribed.

As an omega-3 supplement:
Adults - Take 3 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 6-12 years - Take 1 to 2 capsules a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-6 years - Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal).
