Together with BLACKROLL®, Sabrina Mockenhaupt and athletic trainer Manuel Ziegler have developed training schedules for different performance levels, from beginner to long-distance runner. These training schedules are included in the RUNNING BOX to let any runner get closer to their sports goals step by step. The LOOP BAND, a fabric resistance band, is perfect for functional training and activation. The BLACKROLL® MINI FLOW, thanks to its textured surface, is outstanding for warming up and activation, it also stimulates blood circulation. The BLACKROLL® SLIM is perfect for myofascial self-massage of the legs and back. This is how training recovery succeeds. All the tools are lightweight and compact. Thanks to the practical RUNNING BAG, you can always take them along.
Of course, injury prevention is also an important topic. Sports doctor and running expert Dr. Matthias Marquardt was at BLACKROLL®'s side as a consultant during development of this set and the running specific exercises. The RUNNING BOX includes a booklet with helpful exercises and recommendations to make your running training more effective. There are also tips and exercises to prevent and treat typical runner's symptoms like runner's knee, plantar fasiitis, shin splints or heel spurs.

If you need to return a BLACKROLL® product you purchased from our online store, no problem. You can return products for the following reasons:

If you have ordered the wrong product (wrong size or kind):
If you ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us and we can swap it for the correct product, or offer you a refund for the full value of the product. This needs to happen within 30 days of purchase and the product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
If you have ordered a product but you changed your mind:
You can return it to us and we will refund the full value of the product if you notify us within 10 days from your purchase. The product you are returning needs to be in "as new condition". In this case the return shipping needs to be paid by you.
You received a faulty product or your product has broken down within the warranty period: If your product is faulty when you receive it or it breaks down sooner than expected with normal usage, then please let us know and we will look into it and replace or refund if necessary. If the product falls under warranty and needs to be replaced or returned, then we will cover the expenses for the return shipping. Our products are covered by the standard warranty applicable for all sports and fitness products under Australian law.
