Colling instructions: Place mask in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour or the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes When it?s ready to use, check that the beads are pliable, not frozen.
Fit the mask comfortably around the head, placing either the therapeutic gel portion or the soft, plush side over the eyes for no more than 2 minutes. Reapply as needed. Remove if there is any discomfort or irritation and check with s doctor before reusing.
