In my day to day living I will look for more things to be grateful for - green lights, parking spots, free moving traffic. I will say 'Thank You' aloud and feel the feeling of being grateful. They don't have to be momentous things - clean air, fresh water, lovely spouse, quirky kids etc The more you look, the more you will find. This will change your life.
