Take A Walk

If you have a pet, a great way to keep your stress levels down is keeping a pet bed in your office space. Your little fur baby doesn’t have to be by your side every second the day, but give them the option to sit near you. If you need a distraction from the hectic work load, you can usher them in and give them a cuddle. Animals reduce stress, and they can help reduce anxiety levels, too. You can keep them at your feet, or somewhere in sight. Just looking at them can reduce your anxiety and stress levels.
