Change of Mind Returns
Our change of mind return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same new condition it was received in, with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
If the item has been opened and a return is required, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept change of mind returns for some items that have been used, such as gaming peripherals; keyboards, mice, controllers and headsets, due to health and safety reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - this can be your order number. Please do not send your item/s back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Note that payment processing times vary from bank to bank and the refund may take longer to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your financial institution first, to ensure the funds aren’t being held. If you still haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged on arrival, you must report it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or refund damaged and faulty items within the first 14 days.
If the items are reported faulty or damaged after 14 days, the standard warranty terms apply. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation or website for further details. Should you have difficulty contacting the manufacturer, get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if a replacement item is issued, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item only (standard shipping). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If your item is lost or damaged in transit back to us, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
