INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Skim Milk Powder, Baking Powder, Sugar, Sweetener (Sucralose), Flavour.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 150g (sachet) with 300ml of low fat milk to a smooth batter consistency. Then allow mixture to settle for 2 minutes. Pre-heat pan to 180°C and grease slightly with table spread. Pour mix into pan and cook the pancakes on either side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
One serve (150g sachet) should make approximately 6 10cm pancakes.
Refrigerate any remaining batter or made up pancakes for up to 2 days, then disregard if not used.
Serving Suggestions: Serve deliciously plain with fruit or low fat yoghurt or for a mega mass meal, serve with ice-cream and saturate with mouth watering maple syrup.
