  • Wine: Non-Vintage Borgo Molino Prosecco Extra Dry.
  • Appearance: Pale straw colour and a fine bead.
  • Bouquet: Citrus with a touch of tropical fruit.
  • Palate: A well-structured wine. Dry palate with a hint of sweet fruit finish to give this wine a little complexity. Crisp and clean.
  • Winemaking: The secret to this elegance lies in the use of the Ganimede method of production where naturally formed CO2 is utilised to slowly pump wine over the must (grapes) resulting in the gentlest of extractions and the retention of the pure floral aromatics. The grapes used are known as Glera which is the grape of the region and the only also known as the Prosecco grape.

  The winery, founded in 1922, located in Roncadelle in the heart of Marca Trevigiana, the area around Treviso, nesting in teh rolling hillsides of Condgliano and Baldobiadene. The winery is family owned by the Sergio Nardin and sons, Paolo and Pietro.
