Damaged item received and Product issues
We make it simple and easy, if there is any problem with our products, all that is required is a simple photo or video demonstrating the product fault and once we confirm the issue, we will refund the amount to your original method of payment. That simple!
We provide the following warranty based on product -
- Red Product - 12 Months Warranty
- Yellow Product - 6 Months Warranty
- Green Product - 3 Months Warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As we ship from various locations, we do not offer a physical return of the product. If there is any fault with the product, we request for any photo or video proof to demonstrate the product fault. Once verified and issue is confirmed, we will refund the purchase for you.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide returns based on change of mind due to the various shipping locations of the products. We recommend you only place an order when you are absolutely satisfied with the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
