There are many tricks to baking up scrumptious cakes biscuits breads and pastries but one of the most important ones is thorough mixing. Under-mix and your cake is lumpy ... over-mix and your cake won't rise properly. The innovative Scraper Beater wipes the sides and bottom of the bowl with every turn cutting mixing time by up to 60%*. Not only does it leave ingredients mixed better but there's now no need to stop and scrape down the bowl with a spatula.
Planetary mixing action adds to a thoroughly mixed end result by replicating the mixing action used in patisseries and bakeries. 360° bowl coverage is achieved by the counter-clockwise motion of the mixer head combined with the clockwise "sweep" of the beater and extra wide mixing attachments.
The count-up & down mixing timer lets you set your mixer to the desired mixing time and automatically stops when the time elapses or continues to count up perfect for the multitasker.

Scraper Beater
A leaf beater that incorporates a flexible edge that is designed to scrape the bowl with every turn. It's designed to avoid the need to continually lift the beater to scrape down the bowl with a spatula saving you time and creating a smoother mix.
Planetary Mixing
Commercially inspired planetary mixers create a motion where the head rotates around the bowl in one direction whilst the beater spins in the other.

Load Sensing Technology
Load sensing technology automatically adjusts the power from the motor to maintain selected mixing speed.
Motor Protection System

WARRANTY POLICY
All products from Stax Appliances come with a full manufacturer's warranty from the day you receive the product. This applies for domestic use only, not commercial use. Please refer to the individual listing for specific warranty terms and period.
RETURNS POLICY
Small Appliances – we might choose to issue a paid return consignment via email which can be printed and returned to us via your local post office. It is our policy to have the incorrect or damaged product returned to us before we ship out the correct product/replacement, issue a refund or credit. Products that are returned without our prior instructions and are lost in transit will be assumed as not being returned.
Large Appliances – we might choose to use the same courier that delivered the product to organise the return or swap over. An inspection might be required via the manufacturer’s service agent and the outcome will be based on their warranty terms and conditions.
If you have received an incorrect product - we will exchange it free of charge, issue a refund or credit considering that this is brought to our attention immediately (within 30 days) and that the product has been unused and in its original packing for resale.
Products Damaged in Transit
We recommend you thoroughly inspect your products prior to signing for your delivery. If you notice any damages, please REFUSE the delivery and contact us immediately.
Faulty Products
Dead On Arrival (DOA) products – are products you have just received or are within 15 or 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us immediately for further instructions.
In the event, outside our DOA policy, for small appliances, if your product becomes faulty under warranty, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item to Stax Appliances if the item is more than 60 days from date of delivery. For larger appliances an inspection might be required via the manufacturer’s service agent and the outcome will be based on their warranty terms and conditions.
Once we are notified, we may choose the return method listed under Returns depending on the product. Please note that Stax Appliances will endeavor to rectify any return enquiries to the best of our ability, product availability and resources available to us.
Once Stax Appliances confirms receipt of the product, we will inspect the faulty item. If the product returned is not deemed faulty it will be returned back to the customer, return charges may apply. If the product is deemed faulty you will have the option of an exchange or refund.
