Remove straps, hold the bottle and keep one hand on the velcro while removing the purse gently, wash inside with warm water. Air dry before re-attaching straps and purse.
Take your AquaPurse to the gym, work, club, bar… you’re ready to SLAY. Withstands temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius (120F) (Not suitable for dishwasher or carbonated drinks). To wash the inside of the bottle, use a small amount of white vinegar and water and shake around with the lid on.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, AquaPurse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Refunds will be solely at the discretion of AquaPurse.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on AquaPurse as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
