It's a great bag, a good size for a book and water plus the usual. I miss having an outside pocket large enough for my mobile phone. Also the first time I used it and put it on my back, both straps came undone and the bag fell to the floor. Not one but both sides the stitching unraveled. Inconvenient as I had to change bags . I sewed them up on my machine, the rest of the bag seems sturdy to date. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.
