Change of mind returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 7 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. Change of mind return or exchanging, the goods must be in unused conditions and original packaging.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in original conditions and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer shall be responsible for all warehouse and courier cost incurred by the company in dispatching the item and having it returned to the company’s warehouse. The customer’s payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct dispatching, transport and insurance cost incurred in the original dispatch & delivery by the company, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any merchant transactions fees occurred in processing the payment transaction are not refundable.
Warranty Policy:
All products purchased from us include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 6- 12 months warranty. Arrival damages or missing parts need to be reported in 7days from the delivery date. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damages in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. If the customer refuses replacement parts then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund less freight charges. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed or any physical damages. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers and take reasonable care of the product. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
