Returns Policy

  • The item(s) is in resaleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
  • If you receive item(s) that are faulty out of the box, damaged or does not match the description on our site, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to rectify the issue for you ASAP. Refund can be issued upon successful return of the item if desired
  • Prior to returning the item, you must contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number and form to send back with your item. RMA number and form is compulsory for all items being returned so we have all records of the return.
