(a) CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, you may return your order to us within 14 days of the date that you received it. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price (less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment). The product must be returned in its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
(b) FAULTY GOODS, WRONG ITEM RECEIVED & GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT RETURNS
If your product is faulty, wrong or arrives damaged upon receiving it, we address these on a case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will arrange to have the faulty product returned to our warehouse and we will either arrange for a replacement of the product or refund the price to you. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price (less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment). The faulty, wrong, or damaged product must be returned in its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Warranty Policy:
Under this Warranty Policy, Unix warrants that its products, under normal and intended use and in accordance with the relevant product’s Technical Specifications, Installation Instructions, and this Warranty Policy, will be free from defects in materials, assembly and workmanship of a period of up to 15 years from the original date of purchase. Please refer to the relevant product for specific warranty years.
o This Warranty Policy does not cover abnormal wear and tear; nor does it cover a component that has been subject to customer abuse, misuse, negligence, unauthorised service, modifications, improper installation or damage caused by accident.
o This Warranty Policy does not cover any products that have been assembled incorrectly - e.g. bolts and screws not installed as per instructions.
o This Warranty Policy does not cover any indirect or consequential loss.
o This Warranty Policy does not cover any shipping costs for the return of warranty items.
o The Product must be used for the purpose for which it is intended and the application for which it was designed.
o Unix will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product without charge to the owner within the warranty period under this Warranty Policy.
o This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claim.
o This warranty only covers maximum of 2 claims for any repairs.
