RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible with all the details of your order and your item, and we will be in touch to arrange the return and replacement if required. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
Battery Operated Devices
Before returning a battery operated product which you consider faulty, we require that you have tested your item with brand new quality batteries and not batteries from other devices. Most ‘faults’ are due to battery issues, such as the use or poor-quality batteries, mixing old and new batteries or batteries simply running flat. If you item is returned and found to be a battery issue, a return postage fee will apply for the return of the item to you.
If you have chosen the incorrect product we are happy to provide an exchange as long as the item is returned unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
