Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Good quality and looks great. However, puppy tends to bite the cover. So better leave it until they grow up.

Very happy with this pet bed. Excellent quality and very easy to put together with clear instructions. I purchased a large size for my two small dogs. Love the canopy for shade on hot days.

Hehe, so good. I got it for a friend's two cats , so it's a medium, bit my kitty was doing a beta test. I'm going to make a cover and mattress for it so it is more cosy. No ce for a deck area in summer. Kitty approved. ☺️

This elevated dog bed was extremely easy to assemble, is very strong, sturdy and well stitched. My dogs love it and I am happy they will have a cooler summer bed to rest on that allows air to circulate underneath. Very satisfied customer.

We absolutely love the extra large pet bed for my 2 dogs, they both fit on it with room to move and haven’t been off it ( except to go to the toilet ). The cover is an extra bonus for the sun and rain. So happy 😁😁😁
