The Chasseur Escoffier Cookware range is inspired by Auguste Escoffier, international culinary icon and French chef. In this spirit they have developed a range of ultra modern, performance enhanced cookware featuring a timeless and classic design and traditional contours.

Constructed from three different metal layers to ensure optimum performance as you reap the benefits of all. The outside layer is copper to ensure superb heat conductivity and an unsurpassed look of elegance. The inner layer is aluminum to ensure heat is evenly distributed and no hotpots develop.

The inner stainless steel layer provides a food safe cooking surface that is easy to maintain and care for. The double riveted handles are both elegant and functional encompassing an ergonomic design. All pieces are oven safe up to 250c and is suitable for most stovetops excluding halogen and induction.

Returns Policy

1. You changed your mind

  • We offer a generous 30 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. Please check the listing first, and if returns are accepted, then you are welcome to return it to us up to 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
  • Items returned must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging. Products must be unopened with original manufacturer seals still intact, or we cannot accept them back.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

2. You received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

  • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
  • Please note that it is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it and promptly notify us of any damage. We appreciate your attention to this matter and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your order.
  • Please take photographs of the damage and send us an email so we can report it to our insurer, carrier and fulfillment team.

3. The item is faulty

  • Should your product be faulty, we will happily replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
