The heavy cast iron construction and thick enamel of the Chasseur French Ovens allow you to maintain remarkably even temperatures whether simmering on the stove or braising in the oven. Heavy cast iron lids feature stay-cool phenolic handles and self-basting grooves that are oven safe to 200C. They are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Made to the highest standards, Chasseur cookware will last a lifetime if routine care is observed. Thanks to its enamel finish it's easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
