Suitable for use on all heat sources including induction, this quality cast iron roaster is perfect for baking large joints of meat or a buffet sized lasagne for a crowd. Safe for use under the grill and in the oven to 220C, it has cast lifting tabs for secure carrying and serving.Hardwearing, with a double layer of enamel and black rim to protect from corrosion, the cream coloured interior allows for easy observation of cooking progress when searing, simmering and de-glazing. With a thick base and low profile sides, this roasting pan is attractive enough to serve directly to the table. Chasseur use up to 80% recycled material in their construction processes and can be proud of their environmentally friendly practices.
