The Clementi Pizza oven is made in Italy by a quality manufacturer to the highest of standards, designed to perform at a high level whilst also looking magnificent in any outdoor setting. A high level of insulation including 8cm of wool-rock lining on the roof of the oven, 2.5cm of ceramic fibre, high quality refractory bricks on the oven floor and 3cm of wool-rock beneath the bricks offers a supreme cooking experience. This quality system and materials offer a 20 minute heat up time for the oven to reach extremely high temperatures of up to 400 deg Celsius that can cook pizzas in as little as two minutes in an authentic woodfired cooking style. The oven can comfortably cook two standard sized pizzas at any one time. The quality insulation system also allows for slow style cooking to be achievable as well as cooking for prolonged periods of time without having to re-heat the oven chamber.
The Clementi pizza oven utilises the unique and patented Air Plus system which allows for an even flow of oxygen into the fire within the oven through a cleverly designed range of holes drilled into the inner side wall of the oven. This method helps to improve the performance of the oven by giving the user more control throughout the cooking process whether the door is on or not. The solid construction and superior materials of the Clementi pizza oven allow it to be durable enough to withstand the Australian climate all year round. The inside chamber of the oven is made from 430 grade stainless steel, while the roof is constructed from durable and weather resistant 304 grade stainless steel.
