Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

Because of the pandemic I have not yet been able to have the heater fitted to my van. So to not lose anything, I haven't even opened the box yet. Whenever I get the heater fitted and tested, I'm sure I will be delighted with the heater. I was impressed at the speed it was delivered, going from Melbourne to Northern Rivers NSW faster than a letter.
