Returns / Change of Mind - We require the customer to contact us and ship the goods within 7 days where they wish to return their purchase. The goods must be in original packaging with all shipping protection in place and in a re-saleable condition. We suggest that the customer supplies us with photos of the goods ready to dispatch before pickup if they are concerned at all about potential shipping damage which could negate their returns claim. We process refunds only once the goods have been received and confirmed by our team that they can be on-sold.
We offer the standard Australia Consumer Laws product guarantees. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product they are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt and send supporting photos so that we can process their claims in a timely manner. We offer rectification or replacement as our standard warranty claims, depending on the issue, with partial or full refunds being given only where no other option is suitable.
