Returns Policy:
Change of Mind Returns
Please do not make returns to Wrigglepot without a return authorisation. You can obtain this by contacting us via your My Deal account.
We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a full refund for the product will be processed once item is returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned within 14 days
Products must be in undamaged condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached

We recommend you send all products using registered post, with your returns address on the reverse side of your parcel. A refund is not issued for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note, returns outside of the 14 days (upon receiving the parcel,) there will be a 20 % restocking fee .

Exchanges
Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel and for us to ship you the replacements.
Be sure to include your name, address and Authorisation number with the returned item.
Exchanges will only occur if

Re-shipping fee for an exchange is to be paid by the customer
Damaged & Faulty Items or Incorrect Item Sent
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged good or an incorrect item, please contact us via your My Deal account immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. A return postage label will be issued to you, so you can return the faulty or incorrect item free of charge. We may request you email us photographs of the damaged / incorrect item.
We may need to send your item to third parties for assessment and fault verification.
Please do NOT send damaged items back to us without contacting us via your My Deal account first
Any replacements will be express posted to you free of charge.
Address Changes
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
Warranty Policy
All products that we sell have a 12 Month Warranty. Misuse and general wear and tear are not considered faults.
