The D.Line Cradle Roasting Rack provides an ideal cooking environment with its curved raised frame allowing you to cook the perfect roast. The 25cm x 22cm rack is comfortably sized to hold a whole chicken and allows even cooking on all sides without burning the bottom or having to rotate it at all.
