The one piece V-shaped blade allows you to create professional precision cuts every time. Easily alternate your style of cut by sliding the blade plates in and out between five available styles.

Instructions for use:

  • 1. Place the fruit or vegetable on the safety guard/holder.
  • 2. Slide the appropriate style cut blade plate into the machine - taking care to keep fingers well clear of the blades.
  • 3. Slide the safety guard/holder and allow fruit or vegetable to slide over blades.
  • 4. De-press the button on the safety guard/holder to allow the rest of the fruit or vegetable to be revealed to the blades.
  • 5. Never touch the blades with your fingers.
  • 6. Never use the machine without the safety guard/holder.

To clean:

  • Simply rinse clean under the tap or in hot soapy water.
  • Never touch the blades with your fingers.
  • Always use a dish brush to dislodge any trapped food or vegetables.
  • Some fruit or vegetables may cause staining to parts of the machine or sides. To remove these, clean with a small amount of bleach, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Always ensure that the safety guard/holder provided is used when using this machine.
  • Injury may occur if used without the safety guard/holder.

  • Sharp blades, keep away from children.
