Backed by more than 200 years of knowledge and expertise, French manufacturer de Buyer produces premium cookware for both professional chefs and serious home cooks. Made in France from carbon steel this 24cm crepe pan features low skirted sides making it perfect for flipping and turning crispy and fluffy crepes or pancakes. Manufactured using environmentally friendly processes, it is also free from PFOA and PTFE. More heat conductive than stainless steel and lighter than cast iron, carbon steel heats up faster; so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your creations. Season the pan before first use and enjoy years of cooking as the seasoning develops gradually over time, eventually providing non-stick properties for easy food release.

Clean the pan with very hot water and wipe it out. Pour one centimetre of oil in the pan and heat it for 5 minutes.
