Made in France from carbon steel this 24cm omelette pan features rounded sides making it perfect for turning omelettes and easily sliding them onto a plate. Manufactured using environmentally friendly processes, it is also free from PFOA and PTFE. More heat conductive than stainless steel and lighter than cast iron, carbon steel heats up faster; so you won't have to wait long to enjoy your creations. Season the pan before first use and enjoy years of cooking as the seasoning develops gradually over time, eventually providing non-stick properties for easy food release.

Cleaning and careDe Buyer Mineral B Carbon Steel pans come with a beeswax finish to protect against oxidation. You must wash off the beeswax and then season the pan before first use.
Clean the pan with very hot water and wipe it out. Pour one centimetre of oil in the pan and heat it for 5 minutes.
