For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person

I love these curtains, but I paid for four and only received three. I’ve been waiting in case the suppliers were out of stock, but I think I’ve lost my money.

Fantastic curtains, fast postage. The block out feature is good, though tiny specks of light do come through, it doesn't ruin it. It still looks amazing and shiny, keeps the light out l would say 98 percent of. l haven't put it in the wash yet. On sale totally worth every penny.

I do shift work and need to sleep during the day often. These curtains DO block out the sun and light so I can get a good rest before going off to work at night. The colors are great and the feel is just as good. Glad I got these, they are a true investment.
