The anti-fatigue mat is designed with a bevelled edge to reduce trip hazards. And an anti slip backing will keep the mat firmly locked in place, so you never need worry about slipping while you work. Can be easily cleaned with a cloth and water, or using a vacuum cleaner.

Orders are sent Australia wide through our selected delivery partners:

  • Aramex

  • TNT/Fedex Express

  • Hunter Express

  • Australia Post

  • Desky Local Carriers

We ship all orders from our warehouse based in Brisbane, Qld. Orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm AEST each day are processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 12pm, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will only be shipped on Monday morning. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods.

Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS if you have provided your mobile number.

Shipping Policy Notes:

*We cannot deliver all items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, only small accessories.

*The above delivery time frames are estimates from our shipping providers only. Delivery times start from the date of dispatch from our warehouse, not the date orders are submitted and refer to business days not calendar days.

*We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames. Although we hope it never happens, delivery delays can occur from time to time that are out of our control. If your order is more than 3 business days late based on the above time frames please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

*As per our delivery partner's guidelines, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to your apartment via stairs or elevators and our delivery partners may drop the items at the ground floor level only or at your front door.

*Rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times but we make every effort to choose the fastest delivery partner to your area to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible.

*Rural areas may incur additional shipping fees. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you to discuss the extra cost or offer to cancel the order.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information and an SMS if you have provided a mobile number. This tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online!

Will you deliver to my apartment or office?

Whilst we can deliver to your home and/or work address, we cannot guarantee that our delivery partners will carry the items up any stairs or enter any elevators or drop the items inside your home. Our drivers are happy to deliver the items to the ground floor or your front door.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship small Accessories to PO Boxes. The larger shipping size of desks, chairs and larger accessories means that we can only ship these to residential or commercial addresses. We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.

Can I provide authority to leave for my delivery?

You can select ‘authority to leave’ (ATL) in the checkout when placing an order. By doing so, our shipping carriers will leave the delivery at your unattended premises without requiring a signature to accept the delivery. DESKY, and its shipping carriers associated with the delivery of your parcel do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result.

In certain instances, it may not be possible for a shipping carrier to leave a parcel with ATL instructions. For example where an address is in a secure building or complex and proper access to the address is not possible or there has not been sufficient instructions on where to leave the delivery.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via email directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

I have not received my order, it appears to be late?

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.

If your order is more than 3 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

DESKY Limited Warranty

We are so confident in the quality of our products being of the highest standards that we offer up to a 10 year warranty on our most popular range of sit stand desks. However, we understand that issues can arise with all products from time to time and we are here to help and make the warranty process as simple as possible.

This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, any other statutory rights and remedies that may be available to you under Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser for products purchased directly and is not transferrable.

DESKY Warranty Details

What is covered?

DESKY’s Limited Warranty Policy warrants that:

  • The purchased product matches the provided product description/specifications and any representations made about the product to you;

  • The product, excluding parts and consumables, is free from defects in materials and workmanship on delivery to you for the duration of the warranty period; and

  • The product is free from defects that prevent normal operation and function.

During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. We will make an honest assessment of the issue and determine if it is covered under this warranty. Where a product is covered under this warranty, we will determine whether a repair, replacement part or replacement product is provided and will be responsible for the cost of any such repair, replacement part or replacement product.

DESKY’s warranty policy enables you to service a product to install replacement parts. Where a replacement part is provided under warranty and we determine this can be replaced by you, we will send this to you and provide relevant installation instructions. Certain products may be required to be sent back to us for repair or installation of replacement parts.

In the event that we cannot repair a warranty failure and a replacement product (same or comparable) is provided, you will be responsible for installation.  Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part, material or product only.

Warranty Periods

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to you.  This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the product.

What the Limited Warranty does not cover

DESKY’s Limited Warranty Policy does not apply or cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Improper assembly/disassembly;

  • Failure to follow provided safety warnings, setup and operating instructions and any other directions for proper operation;

  • Exceeding the maximum weight capacity rated for a product, including desks, chairs, monitor arms and accessories;

  • Failure to observe the required motor duty cycles of motorised products;

  • Use outdoors or in environments with high heat, high humidity or high salinity;

  • Repairs, alterations or modifications performed by anyone not authorised by DESKY;

  • Defects caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, abnormal handling, negligence, impact, accident, fire or water damage and electrical overload; and

  • repair or replacement of other property damaged by a defective product or the cost of lost time/loss of use are not recoverable under this warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a claim under this warranty you will need to contact the retailer that you bought your product from upon noticing the defect and provide your order details/proof of purchase and a clear photo or video of the relevant defect or issue.

Claims can be submitted through the retailer you purchased from. Clear documentation of the issue will assist our ability to quickly and correctly identify the cause of the issue and help resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Once your warranty claim has been submitted we will assess the claim and determine if we need any further details. We may require faulty parts to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection/assessment and in this instance, we will cover the associated costs.

We will notify you as quickly as possible of the outcome under this warranty and organise any repair, replacement part or replacement product needed.

Issues Outside the Warranty Period

Should an issue occur with a product after its Warranty Period has expired we stock all replacements parts for purchase.  Please contact us via email directly so we can help diagnose the issue and advise what replacement parts and repair are needed to remedy the issue.
