hese heaters are a significent improvement on the previous, and at less tan 30 dollars delivered a great buy, i had 3 previously of te old ceramic type, absolute rubish, didnt claim a refund should have, couldnt lose, so i find it odd that no attempt has been made to compensate me for the first 3 for which i paid considerable more than 27.95 each, it was a definite rort getting rid of rubbish, that having been said the new metal cover models are everything the original should have,been i highly reccomend the new model
