Please note: We are not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed - or the manual not correctly followed. Repair / replacement fees will be charged for any damage requiring replacement. Products requiring installation must be performed by a professional installer (i.e. Range Hoods, Sand Filters). If you feel there is a fault with the item, you must contact us immediately with the specific detail of the issue (and applicable photos) and we will advise on how to easily correct (99% of all issues are easily corrected).
If a professional installer states there is an issue, we must be notified of the specific reason and only once we concur with this determination will a replacement / return / refund be given. We as the manufacturers know our products well can normally rectify a perceived problem, hence installers will need troubleshooting before their opinion on the fault will be confirmed as legitimate.
No returns or refunds will be approved until the proper troubleshooting has been conducted to confirm the fault is real and not a result of incorrect installation. We take no responsibility for subsequent purchases to replace the items in haste, without first determining whether there is genuine fault.
Where a return is made and on assessment there is no genuine fault (although claimed) the buyer will be required to collect the item or pay sufficient re-stocking fees to enable the resale of the item (must be unused and in a restock condition).
