DOCTOR WHO 12TH SONIC SCREWDRIVER UNIVERSAL TV REMOTE CONTROL
As the Doctor himself explains, “It screws things, sonically”. So for us Whovians who have no real need to sonically build lots of wardrobes or disable a Sontaran invisibility field, we have our very own Sonic Screwdriver and this one changes the television channels… sonically.
Made of exceptionally high quality, die-cast metal and fashioned from the actual 12th Doctors Sonic Screwdriver prop as used in the TV series, you’ll feel like you could take on an entire army of Daleks with this remote control by your side. Not only does it totally look the part, but it even extends and the point opens up when you flick it on, exactly like the Doctor’s original. Pressing the button on the genuine leather grip will light up the tip and make it buzz, ready for whatever work needs to be done.
Using advanced gesture recognition, you can programme into your Screwdriver which ever jabs, waves, pokes, and twists you want for whatever function you need. Rather like the TARDIS, this Screwdriver is definitely bigger on the inside than out. Up to 39 different remote codes can be stored in it and it’s even hiding 12 secret Morse code messages.
The remote functions in four different modes:
The 12th Sonic Screwdriver is compatible with almost all home entertainment equipment that uses a standard infra-red (IR) remote control (it’s exceptionally likely that your remote is an IR remote). However, it’s not compatible with radio-frequency (RF) remote controls (like your PlayStation or Xbox) or Bang & Olufsen (apparently the Danes don’t like the Doctor).
