The base is painted with anti-condensation, mould and moisture proof paint making it easier to maintain and clean.

  • To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

    • If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
    • If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
