The covers are waterproof, UV protection and mould resistant with 1 mesh door and 1 mesh roof providing better ventilation. It also features PVC waterproof floor edge which prevents seepage. The improved design now uses quality aluminium poles bringing extra strength and stability. The swag has a full length zip off top flap with heavy duty zips. It is taller and has more legroom. Our high quality mattress provides increased airflow and added support. Set up is easy with three aluminium poles, pegs and guide ropes which make it easy on your bed-ready brain.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
