Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I ordered this bed for myself. It is very good. It was very easy to assemble, it did it by myself. The quality is good. Not that big and not that small.

Great for the spare room, we added a pillowtop to ours to make it less firm as it is quite hard. Great price and we purchased as we wanted a thinner mattress so the 16cm was perfect for our needs.
