We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Not as strong as I thought but happy enough

Great product, delivery was very quick. We have two Guinea Pigs and they love their new home. They love running up and down the ramp and use the upper level to sleep in. The pull out trays make it easy to keep house clean.
