The DSD4121 high-definition set-top box now has embedded software that can be activated to convert the unit into a Digital Recorder. An External hard disk drive ( powered via mains ) is required for this function. The USB port is used to connect this externally powered hard drive and with a newremote control the DSD4121 is able to record your favourite in digital format.
You need to purchase a remote control and a special codeis required to activate the software that is in the decoder

The PVR upgrade kit contains the following items
To activate the PVR functionality Visit the activation page and fill the form with unique registration code and decoder card serial number.
Once you have received your unique 16 digit activation key you will then be able to convert your DSD4121 into a Digital Recorder.
To enter the activation code you simply need to press thePVR button on your new remote control.
Once the unique 16 digit code is entered your DSD4121 isPVR Ready.

RETURNS POLICY
To return goods we have delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days from the date you have received the item. A staff member will then assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Faulty Items
We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our store to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. Repairs

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
