The New 72 Volt Dualtron Ultra 2 is an upgraded version of the off road electric scooter that started it all. The Dual 40 Amp smart motor controllers are moved to the kick tail allowing fitment of a massive 35Ah, 72 Volt pack with LG MJ1 cells which gives you up to 135km of range. The BLDC dual hub motors increase peak power to nearly 6700 watts making this one of the highest performing electric scooters today!

All our e-bikes and E-Scooters come with 12 months warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display) and also 1-2 year warranty on the bike or scooter frame.
Apart from manufacture defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tyres, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but maybe replaced on a case by case basis within the first 3 months.
An outgoing goods inspection is always carried out before the goods are delivered, but we recommend that you inspect the delivered goods after you receive them. Should you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the next steps with you.
If you notice any packaging and/or transport damage on delivery, we ask you to have this confirmed in writing by the carrier upon delivery and to notify us. We recommend that you keep the damaged packaging as evidence wherever possible.
We assess each refund and/or return enquiry on a case by case basis. Depending on the case you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below to request a return or lodge a dispute.
