Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Great deal as winter drying is at least difficult with this that job is now only a matter of hanging out the clothes as per summer.

This is brilliant! It sits abit low for my liking and I wouldn’t suggest overloading as the bars seem flimsy and close together but is great for small loads or warming through a towel on chilly mornings. Unsure of power consumption Would highly recommend
