Once you've received your item if you change your mind or aren't completely happy we are happy to refund the item for you within the first 14 days. Refunds are granted once the item has arrived at our office for inspection. Bare Bones reserves the right to reject any refund if the item has been damage or is not fit for resale upon return. If Bare Bones rejects a return request the customer will be required to pay postage for the item's return.
