It is great for getting moving and helps to prevent joints from getting stiff and slims the legs The only problem is it gets a little noisy they say to oil the wheels which is difficult as there's no real place to oil there's other noises but no where to oil as it is sealed

Iam very pleased with this product I bought it to rehabilitate my left ankle, also time goes fast when cycling as your watching TV!
