Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I am amazed at how versatile this pressure cooker/ air fryer is. It has replaced my slow cooker, rice cooker and deep fryer. And gives great results.

This thing is brilliant! My old pressure/slow cooker died and I was hesitant to replace as I feared I wouldn’t get anything as good. This is waaay better! Great quality and fits my old bowls so I am wrapt with it!

I have now used this Emeril Lagasse Pressure Cooker Air Fryer, on half a dozen occasions. It has performed well above any expectations that I ever had. Corned beef in the Slow Cooker, Chicken as a Taco base in the Pressure cooker, and various items in the Air Fryer. Love it to bits. I only hope I don't use it too often, and grow too big.
