Ideal for self-myofascial release and massage therapy, this foam roller will enable you to give you the full massage routine, just like your masseur. The one-piece roller is constructed of high-density EVA material with a grid textured, slip free surface. It is constructed with a strong core.
The method is to use body weight to apply pressure to the desired area while sitting or lying on the foam and rolling your muscles along with it. This enables you to do a self-massage, breaking up knots and trigger points relieving muscles that would usually become sore after an intense workout. Not only great for self-myofascial release and massage therapy, this roller is also really good for balance & stretch training yoga, physical therapy, pilates and other sports training applications.

Change of Mind Returns
An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale.
2. You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
5. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
6. Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address.
7. The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.
Refunds are not given until the product is returned and inspected.
The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
