Essteele Cookware is meticulously crafted from high quality 18/10 stainless steel for superior durability and mirror finish. The Per Vita range also features a copper base for rapid and even heat distribution, which extends all the way around the base of the pan. To disperse the heat evenly, an aluminium disc is sealed withing a stainless steel layer, which makes these pots also induction compatible. The lids are tight fitting to retain heat, flavour and nutrients and a deep, European style rim allows for drip-free pouring and effortless cleaning, however the whole range is also dishwasher safe. The pots are made in Italy and are covered by a lifetime warranty.
