About the Author

Ysaiah Ross has written extensively on ethical professional legal practice and taught at the University of NSW and at numerous overseas universities, including UCLA, Auckland University, Boston College and the University of Warwick.

He has also been the Adviser to the Attorney-General of Uganda and the Law Reform Commission in Papua New Guinea, the Director of Berkeley (California) Neighbourhood Legal Centre, a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the New South Wales Bar Association and a Barrister and Member of the California Bar.
